Koh Rong Island

Koh Rong Island is the second largest in Cambodia. Located in Koh Kong Province, 25km off the coast in the Gulf of Thailand. It covers approximately 78sqm and has 43km of beaches. The Royal Group has been granted a 99-year lease and plans to build Asia’s ‘first environmentally-planned resort island’. The US version of Survivor seasons 31 & 32 were filmed in Koh Rong. There are few people and just dirt roads with no cars and no traffic jams and the speedboat from Sihanoukville only takes 45 minutes.
